Dear Friends,
If meteorologists were compensated based on the accuracy of their long-range weather predictions (who among them predicted mid 80s in mid-March?), we’d be having tag days for these people. But let’s not complain about this non-winter and fabulous early spring we’ve experienced. From a fashion perspective, here’s a prediction you can count on: you are going to love what you see in store for this season.
I can’t remember a spring with more brightly colored merchandise. And for something completely different, we feature a range of styles in black-and-white paired together. Some of our hold-over trends from winter are making a fresh appearance for spring – such as lace fabrics and geometric patterns. You’ll also find an explosion of glorious prints that will help you update your wardrobe for the season. The prints come in the form of florals, zigzags stripes and animal prints, and morph into styles that can take you from a safari on the Serengeti to African artworks to stunning ethnic or dramatic tribal wear.
We’re featuring more merchandise in our newsletter this season to give you the benefit of previewing many of the looks and colors we have for you. We invite you to stop in and see the cocktail dresses, so come early and often to check out What’s in Store at 810 Elm. We can help you explore the season and put it all together to create your own unique fashion personality. What a fabulous way to celebrate spring!
We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you in the store soon,
